Rosemary
Rosmarinus officinalis
Known for its cooking uses, this energising essential oil is more than meets the eye. Rosemary supports healthy digestion, internal organ function and assist in reducing fatigue and nervousness. Rosemary, when diffused, can assist with memory, concentration and focus. Mix with 1-2 drops of lemon in a diffuser for an uplifting and energising aroma.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional cautions below.
This oil is Kosher certified.
