Lemongrass

Cymbopogon flexuosus

Lemongrass has a lovely yet subtle citrus flavour; commonly used in Asian cuisine as well as teas. Lemongrass aids in digestion, has purifying and toning benefits when applied topically to the skin and can also be used in massage therapy. When diffused, lemongrass can give the feelings of positivity and helps with awareness due to the strong herbaceous smell it produces.
