Jasmine, mmmm….

This essential oil is actually found in many perfumes, such as Chanel No. 5!

Jasmine has so many benefits, one main one being that it is an antidepressant.

There is growing evidence that using Jasmine oil in aromatherapy can help in reducing depressive symptoms and helps people feel more alert (while also feeling calm). Jasmine oil is also antibacterial and can be used as an antiseptic (kudos to nature!) - you can use the oil in a carrier oil onto the skin to prevent infection or diluted for a mouthwash.

You can also use Jasmine oil by diffusing a few drops in a diffuser, putting some drops in a hot bowl of water, or massaging it with a carrier oil into your skin.
