Cassia

Cinnamomum cassia

An invigorating, spicy warming oil that hs been known since biblical times to assist in promoting a healthy immune system as well as digestion. Cassia has an uplifting aroma, and while the name sounds like cinnamon - it is a close relative!

If you are feeling cold, this is a fantastic oil to diffuse or add to a mix to feel warm, or if applied topically - add one drop to a carrier oil such as coconut oil and massage. Add cassia to your dishes requiring cinnamon for a lovely replacement (however, a little goes a long way). Add one drop in a veggie capsule to help support your digestive system, metabolism and immune health.

Directions For Use

Aromatic use: Add three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
Internal use: Take one drop in a veggie cap.

Cautions

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, face, and sensitive areas.
